The level of technical knowledge amongst our clients ranges from zero to ‘techie’. Our products have all been designed intuitively so that you need little technical knowledge. However, our first objective is to establish the level of technical knowledge you as a new or potential client has. By doing this we are ensuring that we provide the right amount of information in certain areas.
A consultant will then discuss with you your goals, needs and initial ideas, finding out exactly what you are trying to achieve. They will then provide you with information on our product range and how we can cater for your needs. They will be more than happy to give you demonstrations of existing websites using our software and talk through any queries you may have.
Once you have chosen the most suitable options for you one of our graphic designers will give you a call to discuss the ‘look and feel’ of your website. If you have existing branding and ideas for the ‘look and feel’ the designer will aim to incorporate these into the design. Alternatively, you may ask them to come up with a completely new look. You can opt for a template design which is the slightly cheaper option or you can have a completely unique website 'Look & Feel'. The final idea will then be sent to you to approve. This section can be completed in as little as a week.
Once the ‘look and feel’ has been finalised the Content Management System (CMS) will then be set up and put online. This also takes approximately a week. Then one of the team will spend some time going through the product with you to ensure that you are fully comfortable using the system, all our products are extremely intuitive and easy to use. You can call us at anytime to answer any queries you may have.
You will then have full control over your website to insert/update your content and images plus add/edit and delete pages as you wish. All the standard Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) will be taken care of and your emails will be set up for you. It couldn't be easier!
